📍 35 High Street, Salisbury, SP1 2NJ
Sonder Coffee can be found nestled on a corner of the busy Salisbury High Street. With the Cathedral Gate in sight, Sonder's location is perfect for the vast variety of visitors to our medieval city.
From sustainably sourced coffee from Extract Coffee, to freshly baked pastries and vegan cakes from Swedish Baking Studio, make sure you pop in to Sonder for your freshly ground morning wake-up call, or even a tasty afternoon treat - there's even a 'puppacino' for your pooch in this dog friendly space 🐾
Occasionally, Ebony will also open the café to artists who love to add a little something extra to your visit!
Opened in April 2021, Ebony, the amazing owner of Sonder Coffee, told us the meaning behind the cafe's unique name. 'Sonder' is the realisation that each random passer-by is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. Ebony thought this was a perfect relevance for the café, with the large windows and the constant bustle of people passing by or coming in.
Ebony has a background in pubs but decided to move into the coffee industry when she was in Brighton - this inspired her to set up her own coffee shops. Ebony likes to build teams of people who she can nurture and build working friendships with. As a team they work hard, have fun, respect each other and care about the people they're surrounded by - if you look after people, they look after you.
Sonder Coffee also offers 'Co-Working' where you can hire a desk or room to work from throughout the week. This creates great opportunities for people working from home, to come together, meet and work in a relaxed environment.
