Join Elaine in this 90-minute workshop and discover the benefits of lacto-fermentation and learn how easy it is to make probiotic rich drinks and food: Milk kefir, Kombucha and Sauerkraut. Discover how safe and easy it is to make. There will be tastings, demonstrations and recipes to take home.

Fermented foods have so many all-round health benefits and can assist with health issues such as IBS, leaky gut, allergies, depression, ADD and diabetes. There will also be some starter cultures available to take home.
