Join Alison Ballance from SILT studio to start your botanical colour journey, making inks extracted from plants in this one day workshop.
You’ll be shown all the possible sources of colour making and various ways to extract it.
Discover the full range of hues and shades through experimenting with mixing and modifiers.
You’ll make your own inks and sample a further range made at the SILT studio.
You’ll go through the step by step processes behind how they are created and preserved.
